By downloading or using the UAE Stocks app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Information only — not investment advice

The App provides market information, charts and news for general informational purposes only. It does not place trades and does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing in the App is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always do your own research and consult a licensed advisor before making investment decisions.

Market data

Quotes, charts and other data are provided by third parties, may be delayed, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The App and its developer are not responsible for any decisions made based on this data.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or its data.

Advertising

The App is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Ads and any tracking are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

يوفّر التطبيق معلومات السوق والرسوم البيانية والأخبار لأغراض إعلامية عامة فقط. ولا يقوم بتنفيذ صفقات ولا يقدّم استشارات مالية أو استثمارية أو قانونية أو ضريبية. لا شيء في التطبيق يُعدّ توصية بشراء أو بيع أي ورقة مالية. قم دائمًا ببحثك الخاص واستشر مستشارًا مرخّصًا قبل اتخاذ قرارات استثمارية.

بيانات السوق

تُقدَّم الأسعار والرسوم والبيانات الأخرى من جهات خارجية، وقد تكون مؤجلة أو غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة. لا يتحمّل التطبيق ولا مطوّره مسؤولية أي قرارات تُتّخذ بناءً على هذه البيانات.

إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفّره" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك الملاءمة لغرض معيّن وعدم الانتهاك.

حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل المطوّر مسؤولية أي خسائر مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو بياناته أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه.

الإعلانات

يُموَّل التطبيق عبر الإعلانات المقدَّمة من Google AdMob. تُدار الإعلانات وأي تتبّع كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة تعطيله أو استخدامه بما يخالف أي قانون معمول به.

التغييرات

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات قبولًا للشروط المُحدّثة.
