Privacy Policy

Effective: June 28, 2026

UAE Stocks ("the App", "we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how. The App is for tracking and information only — it does not place trades.

At a glance

• No account and no sign-up. We do not collect your name, email or personal profile.
• Your watchlist, portfolio, alerts and settings are stored only on your device.
• We show banner ads through Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers — only with your permission.
• Market data (quotes, charts, news) is retrieved from third-party financial data providers.

Data stored on your device

The App saves your watchlist, portfolio holdings, price alerts and your language/theme/numeral preferences locally on your device. An optional market-data API key is stored securely in the iOS Keychain. This information is not transmitted to us and is removed when you delete the App.

Information processed by third parties

Advertising — Google AdMob. We use Google AdMob to display banner ads. AdMob and Google may collect and process device information and identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier / IDFA when you allow tracking) to serve and measure ads. Before any tracking, the App requests your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are also shown a consent choice via Google's User Messaging Platform. You can decline and still use the full App — you will then receive non-personalized ads. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites/apps that use its services.

Market data providers. To show quotes, charts and news, the App sends requests — containing the stock symbol and standard network metadata such as your IP address — to third-party financial data providers (for example EODHD and public market-data endpoints). We do not include any personal identity information in these requests.

App Tracking Transparency

The App accesses the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or tracks you across other companies' apps and websites only if you grant permission in the ATT prompt. No advertising data is collected before you respond to that prompt.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

• Decline tracking in the ATT prompt, or change it anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Manage ad personalization and reset your Advertising Identifier in iOS Settings.
• Delete the App to remove all locally stored data.

Data retention

We do not operate servers that store your personal data. On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above will change when we do.

يحترم تطبيق UAE Stocks ("التطبيق"، "نحن") خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي المعلومات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق وكيف. التطبيق مخصّص للمتابعة والاطّلاع فقط — ولا يقوم بتنفيذ أي صفقات.

نظرة سريعة

• لا يوجد حساب ولا تسجيل. لا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو ملفك الشخصي.
• تُحفظ قائمة متابعتك ومحفظتك وتنبيهاتك وإعداداتك على جهازك فقط.
• نعرض إعلانات بانر عبر Google AdMob، وقد تستخدم معرّفات الجهاز — بإذنك فقط.
• تُجلب بيانات السوق (الأسعار والرسوم والأخبار) من مزوّدي بيانات مالية خارجيين.

البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك

يحفظ التطبيق قائمة متابعتك ومراكز محفظتك وتنبيهات الأسعار وتفضيلات اللغة/السمة/الأرقام محليًا على جهازك. ويُحفظ مفتاح واجهة بيانات السوق الاختياري بشكل آمن في Keychain على iOS. هذه المعلومات لا تُرسل إلينا وتُحذف عند حذف التطبيق.

المعلومات التي تعالجها جهات خارجية

الإعلانات — Google AdMob. نستخدم Google AdMob لعرض إعلانات البانر. قد تجمع AdMob وGoogle معلومات الجهاز ومعرّفاته (بما في ذلك مُعرّف المعلِن IDFA عند سماحك بالتتبّع) لعرض الإعلانات وقياسها. قبل أي تتبّع، يطلب التطبيق إذنك عبر ميزة شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات (ATT) من Apple. كما يُعرض للمستخدمين في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا خيار الموافقة عبر منصّة رسائل المستخدم من Google. يمكنك الرفض ومتابعة استخدام التطبيق بالكامل — وستحصل حينها على إعلانات غير مخصّصة. راجع سياسة خصوصية Google وكيفية استخدام Google للمعلومات.

مزوّدو بيانات السوق. لعرض الأسعار والرسوم والأخبار، يرسل التطبيق طلبات — تتضمّن رمز السهم وبيانات شبكة قياسية مثل عنوان IP — إلى مزوّدي بيانات مالية خارجيين (مثل EODHD ونقاط بيانات السوق العامة). لا نُضمّن أي معلومات هوية شخصية في هذه الطلبات.

شفافية تتبّع التطبيقات (ATT)

لا يصل التطبيق إلى مُعرّف المعلِن (IDFA) ولا يتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات ومواقع الشركات الأخرى إلا إذا منحت الإذن في نافذة ATT. ولا تُجمع أي بيانات إعلانية قبل ردّك على تلك النافذة.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات شخصية من الأطفال.

خياراتك

• ارفض التتبّع في نافذة ATT، أو غيّره في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS ← الخصوصية والأمان ← التتبّع.
• تحكّم في تخصيص الإعلانات وأعد ضبط مُعرّف المعلِن من إعدادات iOS.
• احذف التطبيق لإزالة كل البيانات المخزّنة محليًا.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

لا نُشغّل خوادم تخزّن بياناتك الشخصية. تبقى البيانات على الجهاز حتى تحذفها أو تلغي تثبيت التطبيق.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيتغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه عند ذلك.
